i am interested in a couple of sets for my 1967 and 1968... thanks.. jim

The most recent comment from the graphic designer's is the air filter decals are in their production pipeline and they will have ordering info soon.

I need to know how many members are serious about ordering the two OEM decals. The graphics designer will produce a limit of 20 sets. They will not sell them due to the low run number. I must do so (if I want them myself). Their cost to me is $20. per set. Let's say $25. per set to the members with shipping as a ballpark number.

Have you considered working with a vendor? Perhaps Vech would be interested in having some to sell. (I'm just saying, I have no idea if he would or not.)

Please put me down for a set. I really only need the 10k km decal but I'd be willing to buy the set if that's the only way they'll be sold. I've been looking for the 10k km decal for a long time; they've been unobtanium until now so thanks for the effort to make them.

The vendor does not see much upside for them with so few orders. They are producing them for the club almost as goodwill. I'll fund the art work, silkscreening and distribution upfront, but not if the first run of 20 sets are not taken by the members. If there is more interest, the vendor can produce more sets.
I need to hear again from the above 7 members who expressed order intentions now at $25. per set. Steve Ross has confirmed his for 2 sets. I'll take 3.

Have you perhaps talked with Craig Vechorick at Bench Mark Works (or Bob's or Blue Moon Cycle) to see if they are interested in going in with you to buy this run or even a bigger run? Since these BMW vintage specialists have the customer base, they may be interested in carrying this product as well. You might be able to place a larger order and thus get a reduced price. It's just a thought.

If some members are waiting for a white knight to sell the OEM decals for less, well forget it. The cost is too high for a retailer to make a profit so I'am told.
If I do not get near 20 set orders.... We are out of luck.
