Just saw this same discussion on the Yahoo /2 list. The suggestion was to check with Bing if you want a sleeve to be installed onto existing slides. Otherwise, if you want to increase the bore to fit existing slides, maybe a decent machine shop could do that.

Some more notes from the Yahoo list...it seems that Bruce is still taking some work, but only after he's considered it. If Bruce cannot do the work, consider checking with Dan at Cycleworks.
