Appraisal

Post by ishrmann6962 »

Just take some pics and go to BMW of Detroit in Sterling Heights. They'll appraise it at whatever value you want to insure it for. I did it with my 1962 R60/2 with a Bender S/C a few years back. Call first though, they have new management.

BTW, nice bike-I saw it at Battle of the Brits last year. I had my other 1962 R60/2 solo with the Enduro bags/rack mount passenger pillion. I didn't see you this year.

Key question for Ken

Post by JHarveyB »

Hey, Ken!
Can't really answer your appraisal question, but noticed you have a '52 R67/2. I'm the guy who put up a note looking for an owner of a '52 R67/3 to reunite my antique (patched together) key with that I acquired with my /3 back in 1966. I held on to it when I sold my /5 last month. Are you at all interested in having what could be an original '52 key, much modified? Let me know and I'll send it to you.

Appraisal

Post by VBMWMO »

I need an appraisal of my 1952 R67/2 with Steib sidecar for insurance purposes. I am in the Detroit area.

Does anyone know of a person who does appraisals that I could use?
