Quick question regarding rear drive assembly

Post by Micha »

I enclosed a picture from Salis:
Nr. 20 is the inner part of the needle bearing and it has an internal groove on one side.
Should this groove face to the inside of the final drive or should it face to the outer side, the drive shaft side?

Hi Micha, i don't think it makes any difference because the groove is only there to help hold oil to lubricate that piece of the shaft .
