While a speedisleeve will repair a worn nose on the flywheel, it will not fit or work on the rear main bearing.
If the new 6207 bearing is not extremely loose, (don't reuse ball bearings, they are no better than the day you take them out of the box) clean the oil off the bore of the bearing, and the crank surface, and use RED locktite which will work fine, assuming the new bearing fits fairly well.,
