Plunger throttle adjustment

Post by mcsherry1328 »

Wondering if there's a way to adjust free play on plunger throttle. Both cables at the carburetor seem to have no free play. The throttle seems a little loose with too much free play. I checked the forum first and didn't find any references. Thanks, Michael

These have a sliding block throttle vs. gear-chain type on the Earls bikes. Take it apart and check the groove in the throttle tube? They make reproductions which are great if yours is worn.

Or the actual slider could be worn as well
