Vintage BMW Motorcycle Owners

Hi all:
I was doing inventory of parts for my BMW R69S and found I had an Emerald island LED tail light assy. There was no info with it. I bought it from Benchmark now Max BMW and they are not interested in helping. I need the wiring color code/wire hook up diagram, I have figured out Brown wire is ground but I have a yellow and black wire, one for taillight/license plate light and the other for stop light. These things any good?, I heard they have solder connection issues possibly. It would be nice to know how it works, do the leds just get brighter for brake light or are there separate leds for each function?

Well.....as you stated,there is not much to it. 3 wires....ground/brake/running light. Hook them up and the brightest light will be the brake light of course. I bought a LED "bulb" only and it was pretty useless. The one you have is probably the full board with LED,I have seen it work in person and it is a definite improvement from stock in visibility.
