1967 R69S restoration
Re: 1967 R69S restoration
The problem with going into these old engines is you never know what to expect. A simple slinger cleaning can easily turns into a full engine overhaul costing thousands of dollars.
Jeff certainly takes the win with that engine.

Its called a Rocket Trailer. It folds in half and stand on its end. I don't think they make them anymore but it sure has been a great motorcycle trailer.dellatorre6708 wrote: ↑Sun Jun 12, 2022 11:22 amLooks great. Good luck.

Its the first time I have installed new pads so Im looking forward to the difference. Its one of the mx items I alway turned away from because I thought it would be difficult to do. Once you try it ... its simply and easy. All technique.

Thanks. The hubs were vapor blasted. The rims are brand new polished aluminum. I didn't go with the SS because Im not going to run a sidecar with this bike.
