Acknowledging this could be a total newbie question - my r50/2 leans to the right when on the center stand. It also just barely lifts the rear tire off the ground, and sometimes not at all depending into the surface.
Is there any adjustability on the center stand? I’d assume they really don’t get bent. Is it a case of the frame lugs being out of whack?
Can you upload a picture from the side/rear of the bike when on the center stand? Sounds like the stop points for the stand have been hammered over the years. I'd get the bike supported without the center stand and operate it manually and see where the stand meets the frame. Likely you'll have to get some welding done to beef up that area or new tabs need to be added.

Yes, the pivot points get worn as well as the stops, but mostly the stand bends. It can be tweaked to make the bike sit level (very few do actually sit perfectly level). The radius of bows at the bottom can be increased to achieve what you need.
Thanks for all the tips so far, here’s the bike on its stand. I placed a level on the back luggage rack, although I imagine that’s not perfectly level by any means.
Following the piece that I've pointed to with the yellow arrows. This webbing goes up around the top of the stand and that is what contacts a frame part to stop the stand from going any further. Do you see any wear or bending at the very top of this webbing? I'm guessing that is where the problem is.

It appears both “ears” have quite a different profile. Looking at my other bike, a 60/2, these ears are pretty much symmetrical. Not so much on the 50/2! Hopefully that’s the root of the issue, although seems weird that it would wear unevenly in such a way:
So about the bike lean... The center stand rotates on the two bolts that attach to the frame. If the stop-ears are different in profile, one of them is likely hitting the stops first but that isn't enough to hold the bike's weight. So, the weight settles until the second stop-ear makes contact. Seems like that happens when one of the bolt attachments distorts or bends. Might want to check what's going on in that situation.

Per my previous note, the right 'bow' of the stand looks to be noticeably tighter. Just increase that until the bike is level and then increase both until the rear is off the ground.
