Tire air pressure gauge

Post by Micha »

I would love to get recommendations for one of these, from the old type (pencil).
They are considered to be the most reliable and one such will fit into the tank-toolbox.
The internet is full of dubious far-east stuff, and I am interested in purchasing a quality one.
Thank you.

Michael
I have a Michelin tyre gauge which I bought around 40 years ago . It comes in a small plastic case . I don't carry it on my bike . Before going for a ride I check my tyre pressures . Never accept tyre pressures from Petrol Stations . They generally inaccurate . Hope this helps .

I've been using one like this for years. Not sure about the accuracy, but I've done well by it.
