R51/3 - Clutch Pressure Plate

My clutch pressure disc is in a terrible condition. It is obviously the original one of the motorcycle.
It has asymmetrical deep grooves and heavy wear marks.
A new disk costs quite a bit of money and Salis is out of stock, so my question is can it be refurbished? Or is there a compatible disc out there that fits here?
What are my options?
What did you do with a wrong disk plate?
