Recommended shop in MA for complete overhaul R69s/Steib LS200

Last restored by Skip Bick so 30? years ago without anything more than oil changes and new plugs. Running 5-6 years ago when last inspected and parked. Had definitely lost some of its pep so time for someone to do a complete renewal. Recommendations please. Thanks and Regards

Very surprised that I have seen no replies to my post requesting recommended BMW shop/s in Massachusetts. So,any shops I should avoid?

Only a few listed for Massachusetts but you could maybe call them for suggestions. Also, check with Max BMW...they have stores all in the northeast. Not sure where you're located. Again, they maybe tapped into local resources.

One of the premiere restoration places up that direction is Barrington Motor Works in Barrington, NH.

Max in Brookfield, Ct, like the New Hampshire dealership has folks that take care of old and vintage BMW.
Brookfield has Master Mechanic Phil Cheney on staff. He eats /2's.
