Post by R68 »

Who reproduces the sidecar harness terminal plate for R5-R6? Who reproduces the front brake bowden cable conduit for R5 R6?

Curious what is different or unique about the R5 front bowden cable conduit?

Cylindrical conduit mounts to middle front fender stay bracket on RHS forkleg, keeps Bowden cable running to closer to forkleg to enter the more centrally located brake lever on the R5-R6 specific brake plate...you can easily modify an R51-simplex R51/3 brake plate to substitute for impossible-to-find R5 brake plate, and delete the conduit if needed.
