Is your outer seal case the same as mine in the photo attached? I don’t know for certain if this part is original on mine but it is machined to accept a modern readily available rubber/nitrile oil seal, it works ok as well.
Otherwise I don’t know of a supplier for this part. The felt used for the original type seals is available but I have found it really difficult to cut well enough.
Sorry for the poor photo, but I just smashed one of the garage lights!

Hi
I believe mine is original.
It was made by thick leather
with spring press on it against the metal seat.
This method used also on the singels R20,23,35...
But with smaller diameter.
I can't install here modern oil seal due to heavy corrosion in side the hausing.

I just made one by my self from 2 mm neoprene rubber.
hope it will do the job.

Not sure about this.
The kickstart flange of a R51-R51/3 may fit with a bit of modifications.
I think the bolt pattern is the same as a R12
