the last R11 and R16 I think have speedo whit partial km (the first picture), the other two is for Serie II and III (R11 and R16)
Cylinder head is different from R12 , but you can use because the parts are interchangeable.

Have you ever seen any R11 series III speedos for sale? Mine was missing pieces and never worked, so I replaced it with a speedo from Pedro Costa. It even has the wrong bezel, but at least it works...
