BMW K75 - Complete fairing needed

Post by Micha »

I have a friend who sent me this picture: He would like to know where he can get the complete plastic kit: front fairing, tail, pannels etc. All of it.
A major problem is to understand part numbers and/or to find a reliable source, as there are many K75 models and he is sticking to this picture. That's what he wants exactly.
I would appreciate your help of where to find it. It needs to be a good K75 parts suplier.
Thanks a lot!

I would look somewhere like ebay in Germany or USA. They stopped making the K75 yrs ago. There are some after market look alikes out there.

The bodywork you want is for a K75C standard seat height, not a "low seat". I've owned 2 of these wonderful motorcycles. Try the BMWMOA .

2nd that it's a k75C
The tail is the same 1986 to at least 1990
K75 or k100 1985 will not work on 86 and newer.
Same for the side panels 86 -90 k75 or K100

Saddlebags and mounts are also the same K75 and K100 and K1100 too I think rear turn signals too.
The rad shroud and headlight bucket fairing what ever it is called,
Oh and windshield.
Does he have any mounting hardware/brackets for the fairing?

Probably too late, but BMW has over 200 fairings on the shelf in Germany. Just received one for a wrench repair..off at the paint shop now.
