Stainless Steel bolts and fastener kits.
By far and away the best stainless stuff for our bikes comes from Chris Shaw in the UK, who is a delight to deal with, and delivers a stunning product at a very reasonable price. Here has far more than just bolt kits, and if you are doing a ground up resto I thoroughly recommend his parts. Everything arrives in a labeled bag, so placing each part is simple. (Basic front to rear bolt kit is $200)

Next up is Benchmark Works, one of the more fabled US BMW restoration houses. They send out a very complete kit, and as with Chris Shaw's everything arrives in labeled bags, but the bolts are not polished, and have the manufacturers raised identification text on them. Functional, honest, stainless, just not as pretty. ($210)

Thrid and final is the bargain basement option from Stainless Cycle on EBay, which appear identical to the Benchmark kit, just cheaper. ($150)
