R90S Registry
R90S Registry
I FINALLY got one to add to my BMW collection.
Bought from original owner who still had the bill of sale.
It has 136K mile but starts right up and runs well. Plan on keeping it as unrestored original.

Re: R90S Registry
What was the URL or name of the old registry? It might be possible to find remnants of the registry on the Internet archives.

Here is some info. https://www.r90s.info/about.html
Some more info. https://www.r90s.info/Newsletters/2004-06.pdf
Sorry, Frank didn't go into more detail as to what happened to the whole thing. I remember, he had a major industrial accident back then and perhaps that was the reason it faded away. St.

Re: R90S Registry
When I click on your first link, it actually takes me to a website. I can click around. I get to page where I can view the registry. I don't know what's in the registry, so if I just put random numbers in there for R90S VINs I doubt it's going to work. I can view the pictures. The tech articles come up. It says copyright 2009-2020 at the bottom of the page.
So, what about this website that is not working? Not taking anymore updates?

Re: R90S Registry
The club or registry now on the web to which I provided a link is the result of the 2014 R90S rally in PA. It is active. St.

Re: R90S Registry
The link to the web page includes the R90S registry, which was accurate up until 2014, and likely very much so still. My bike is listed there.
The link to the magazine Wind Noise brings you the quarterly magazine the BMW R90S Owners Club mailed out to members. It was an excellent source of knowledge and amusement.
Now there is: https://groups.io/g/R90SWORLDNET
Also an excellent source is: http://www.bmbikes.co.uk/chassispages/e ... sis900.htm
From this you can discover when the bike was built.
Hope this helps.
