It may already be somewhere in an old forum topic but I thought I would post a link to the YouTube video of Max BMW building a brand new R90S a few years ago. I haven't yet watched the whole thing (it is 1 1/2 hours long) but it looks like a great way to get a complete look at how your bike is put together. I know it already has de-mystified a couple things for me in just the first part that I watched.
