Yes Matteo the stand for the front wheel there are similar but not the same from pre and post war plunger frame model.
If you have buy new front fender You must still adapt the bracket.
If you want I can measure the two bracket.

R12 from 1941 have also the same numbers on frame and engine

yes, I've the same magneto on my R11 Serie II too,
but I didn't know if is right for R12.

The arrow indicates counterclockwise...
