I bought one just like that

I bought one just like that one from Bob's.... for some reason the regulator for the R27 is way more expensive...not sure why..they all do the same thing...I wonder if a voltage regulator from a twin would work.. or possibly a voltage regulator from another european vintage bike with a generator sys...

Greeg...Did you get your sidecar painted or in primer ?

Hi Greg, Another question.... Did you get your new sidecar painted by them ? and did you get any options ? windscreen, top etc., Where do you live ? Hopefully you plan on riding your new rig, not just a garage queen... I love to see rigs on the road...I ride mine every day I possibly can.... Joel

New style wheel seal replacements...anyone know the numbers ?

I am building a wheel for my sidecar and would like to use a new style double lip wheel seal.....Might anyone know what part number the new seals are ? I am going to buy a new set of bearings and don't want to use the old leather style seal.

Thanks

I also have a R90/6 with a later BMW R100RS fairing.... it's ok but I would much rather have the RT fairing on it... The Hannigan fairing is great, but it also is huge... fine protection, handles the wind well.. solid as a rock. The Rapid Transit fairing is real nice...and I think for a solo bike is...

Thanks Tandy..... I should have my new website up and running shortly..... I have had such a response to the engine stands that I am planning on expanding into stands for earlier bikes...and transmission stands...maybe even some special tools.

The system is adjusted for full advance at high speed....38 degrees total...and then when it idles back down it will show near the S mark...(that is already 9 degrees)...and that allows it to perform well at idle...and also at full rpm without pinging... The regulator mounting plate used to be inclu...
