I wonder if synthetic fork oil is offered-as I have not seen it.

Let us know how it turns out. My 1975 bike needs the same treatment plus

This may be more than a cooler engine temperature seen just starting out within roughly a mile or two from startup. My 1975 SS seems to be leaning out on turns.
