Pinion "Stiff" When Rotating By Hand
I just finished restoring the rear wheel hub with new bearings gaskets etc.
When I rotate the shaft pinion by hand I turns of course but It needs some effort to do so. Like after few turns my fingers start to hurt.
Is it normal or should things rotate fast and easy even by hand?

Voltage Regulator Test - R51
I just got a used Voltage Regulator and a resistor . The seller listed them as "for parts/not working" cause he had no way to test it.
Any way to tell ?

Anyhow, do you think that this is the part that was to blame for the rattle? And if there's maybe something else that could make the rattle?
