Go for it. That is a fair price, especially IF ALL the parts are included. MANY will disagree, however, even NOT running, THIS is a special first year bike. Run the engine ABOVE

Run the engine ABOVE 2,500rpms. This is just where the machine will not be as smooth as it can be. Carb balance, ignition timing, etc all come into play here.
