They seem to come new packed with grease of some description.

How do you fit new needle rollers in rocker arms
Well I ordered some new parts to try and correct a noise in my left hand exhaust valve system.
I have a new push rod, rocker arm shaft and new needle rollers.
Any one done this job and have any advice on what to watch out for?
Help and advice much appreciated.
