Hi Michele I have an Avon on my R69S with Euro low bars, it does get very tight on the left hand side, right hand side is ok. Hi Ian, thanks for the advice- can I do this without taking off the tank and seat as I seem "almost" to be able to release the magento with the tank on. Appreciate the tips on the chain, that was the major concern.

Can anyone give me pointers as to the correct way to remove the magneto from the R12, especially the chain.

Hi Phil, the manual is available, the introduction is in English and the remainder is German although a lot is easily understood. Grease is better in my opinion.

Hi R68 - hopefully you can enlarge this to get a better view. Frank was a legend and I am lucky enough to be the proud owner on one of his R51/3's.
