Springs

Hi, The lower cups must be tight - If you hit a bump, and the plungers go up, and the lower cup goes sideways, the plunger comes down badly and can cause a crash and damage to the bike, you, the cup etc... I had a feeling they're not so good ..
About the bottom area of the tube , where the worst part is , does it come anywhere close to the seal? I mean when fork is fully open & fully closed does the bottom part get that "high" to reach the seal?

The rubber and the Washers are there

but I have another question for you experts :) :-

Fitted the left rear plunger but the bottom part (marked wit arrow in the photo)
Is free to move 3 cm up.
The bar is there correctly , the spring is fitted all the way down till the point it fastens the cup below

Fitting the long round bar in rear plungers

Hello there
All parts are back from paint and I'm getting ready to fit the rear plungers
The bars I have need A LOT Of power to get inside! My question is should it be that hard or the bar needs to move freely in the plunger?
