New piston day. Got my jugs back from the machine shop and they look great. 2nd overbore with new pushrod tubes. Thanks Tommy. Missed a step in my photo process - hope it's fixed now.
There seems to be a larger adjustment screw on the back of the horn as well - I saw it articulating a mechanism inside the horn - but I couldn't tell what it was adjusting. Maybe I'll just keep turning screws till it works...

This is my 1st time working with a 6 volt system. The ignition switch plate & color coding of the wires was a little tricky at first.
