found it one eBay and waiting for a quote from the seller
Anyhow, do you think that this is the part that was to blame for the rattle? And if there's maybe something else that could make the rattle?

I'm restoring my R51/3 and i recall before taking it apart (I rode it for few months) , I noticed that for 3 seconds just when I was about to fully release the clutch , the back wheel and the whole back axle was shaking and rattling . Figured

i think I figured what's the 77mm for , distance between the inner side of the pinion ball baring to the center of the disc gear . I just inserted the pinion all the way inside and measured it and it's exactly 77mm.

Problem fixed

That was the result of over tightening the aluminum bushing..
Problem fixed! And the manual is on its way to me

I see

It's funny you are saying this because I really had troubles fitting it back
The kickstart shaft wasn't 'centered' and I had to push it by hand when fitting the aluminum bushing

R51/3 Kickstart doesn't crank the engine

I removed the kickstart lever to get it chromed, replaced the seal and the paper gasket there and now the kickstart only moves the transmission doesn't matter which gear i'm at.
What could be wrong there?
