Head Gasket blowing?

Members' reticence on this makes me think I'm not the only one to have alarm bells ringing in my head!!

I believe for the twincam bikes, that you need the version of the cover with the bottom edge rounded out to fit the motor casting. That's my/our suspicion, anyhow...

Does anyone know of a supplier for the end cover of a b/3 dynamo end cover - the cap that goes over the voltage regulator on R5 and R51 models? I've tried all the usual German suppliers but they say this glorified tin can is unobtainium on its own and can only be bought as part of a new repro dynamo...

Are we talking about the generator output?
