My brake pedal bearing bolt was also sloppy on my R51/3 frame don't think a +2 new bolt would help
Greased it up and works just fine

Maybe enlarge the frame hole and make a bushing to fit new hole and brake pedal bearing bolt

Thanks for posting a photo of the inside of the switch. It motivated me to take mine apart to look around. The wires and connections were all good but the metal plate inside was very corroded. remove wire (green) from switch board HO going to right hand switch #3 connect wire from right switch #3 to #2 wire on switch board left hand switch for high/low/horn will still work #3 wire from right switch now gets grounded when button is pushed down to kill spark Inkedheadlight switch board.jpg
