If the flasher relay is defective both right front and right rear would also be bad.
I will post wiring diagram schematic later today after veviewing and post back later today

What a mess
Does a additional horn button gets added so the relay get power to energize the relay to power the dual horns with a larger red feed wire and still have the original horn setup

Power from headlight terminal board #15 8 amp fuse to #86 stater relay then to #15 horn

I don't know what he has for a relay or where it was located (headlight shell or near horn)

Not a Klaxon, but rebuilding of a Bosch horn was written in the Fall 2010 issue of the Vintage BMW Bulletin. Volume 37, #3 The horns I’m working on are the French made Klaxon variety indicative of the /2 era. Should these sound on the bench when connected to a 6v battery or am I missing something? ...

Is it a Bosch horn and what model number

The placement of the curved washer and order of the other spacer parts are very important
I may have your model and will get some pictures if it matches mine

As I recall the the drill bit was about 1/3 of the size of the outside diameter of the idle jet and the small easy out worked well

Heating should also help as the carb body should expand quicker than the brass idle jet but never had to try
