Selling Advice

A few years ago I purchased a 63 R50/2 with a 58 R60 motor for $3500. The bike and motor were in good running shape. I decided to rebuild the engine and with misc other parts I probably have around $7000 invested in the bike and have put about 1000 miles on it since the rebuild. I know that since th...

Schrader - It appears to be a clean break but I'm no expert at breaks and fractures. As far as Len, he seemed to be getting around ok. I know he got sick (not sure what) a while back and downsized his shop. Still ornery as every though :)

Broke Rocker

So I was at a stop light and I heard a pop and the bike was obviously running on one cylinder. After waiting an hour for a friend to pick me up I got it to my garage. I pulled the valve cover off and noticed that the intake rocker arm had broke where the push rod seats. Luckily I live right up the r...

Electrical Issues!!

On my way to work the other day a guy pulled up next to me and told me my tail light was not working. Later that night randomly my headlight stopped working and when I got it to my garage I pulled the key and it continued to run. It seems to me random. After messing around with the wires I got the h...

Hoske Mufflers

I just purchased a set of Hoske mufflers for my 63 R60/2 and was wondering if removing the baffles would cause any damage? Also do I need to adjust the carbs or rejet?

R50/2 Horn

I recently purchased a 1963 R50/2 and the horn was missing. I bought a new horn and I'm not sure where it mounts. I've looked online for pictures with no luck. Can anyone explain where and how it mounts? Some pics would be great :)
