Help with technical drawing

Does anyone happen to have a technical drawing of a wheel hub (half hub type) on a R51/3 ?
I'm machining my own and would like to get the exact measurements of the inner splines.

Its best to just to tape the outside of the lens down and use some silicon gasket sealant on the inside of the lens, let it dry and then remove the tape on the top side
This.

Re: R51/3 clutch adjustment screw

Right. Just note that a flat one is requiered there.
The handlebars levers have the same one.
If you don't find a flat one - take a regular one with a std. M6 bolt and sand it down. The bolt will be used to clean the nut's thread after sanding.

Re: Abracadabra: White rubber disk on drive shaft bell disappeared

I see what you mean, but having owned a BSA M20 for decades, this is where I laugh, whereas with the BSA I cried. Theoretically, if someone were to travel the roads I was on with the BSA dragging a huge magnet behind him, there is a high chance that he could assemble half a motorcycle from the parts...

Abracadabra: White rubber disk on drive shaft bell disappeared

Yesterday I came back from a trip of about 100 km.
When I parked at home again, I noticed that the driveshaft rubber disc was gone. It was in great shape and now it's just gone. The truth is that it made me laugh. There are not even any leftovers :D
Anyone familiar with this phenomenon?

Re: R51/3 Rear Brake Lever Position

Thanks - that makes sense. Out to the garage now... Evening Vegtamr, Have you already dealt with the brake lever? Did it work for you? I remember that when I lowered the position of the lever, the stroke of the braking was really impossible and it ended somewhere below, when the pressure of my foot...

Re: R51/3 Rear Brake Lever Position

Same here. I also have my (original) pedal sitting well above the level of the footpeg.
I played with all the parts that are in the "rear brake system chain", tried all kind of options and never got it right.

Is there a guide or protocol regarding the assembly of it and its calibration?

Good morning,
From the workshop manual:

Wash also common air filter with petrol or kerosene and re-oil metal screen after cleaning

Re: R51/3 - metallic ticks from one side of the motor

Evening James and all, I replaced both engine head bolts with new ones (I suspected that maybe they were a bit bent) and had influenced the rocker brackets. I fitted 2 new push rods. I placed carefully the rocker brackets back on place and shimmed one of them on one side as there was to much play th...
