Barrington Manual

Great manual. Arrived June 30th and has been the only thing I have read since. Suggested to Chris that they consider a 3 ring binder version of it. Would be better for shop use than the bound book style.

Allan - Is there any way to check the VIN and see if this bike has been in the VBMWMO before? Like I mentiioned, it does have a badge added onto the steering damper reading "BMW VINTAGE" and has the red "V". The guy I bought it from said it was on the bike when he bought it. Than...

The slingers were supposedly cleaned by the previous owner at 70,000....

Taking the engine down so they can be cleaned appears to be an quite the task from what I have read. Now I will go and read the links you supplied. Thanks!
