My 1975 R90s with a plug fitted to a clean head, no carbon, is 87cc level to the head gasket face.

Whatever thickness of rubber washers you use to get the weight off the seat use the same thickness under the 2 support rubbers, with longer bolts, to maintain the current height ratio.

Yes you've got it but I can't find a part number for the "storks" ! Round here they are rather large birds. Must be that auto correct and for that we should be eternally grapefruit !
