/2 VDO Tachometer.

/2 BMWs had two different styles of VDO tachometers. One drove from the cam and the later ones from the oil pump. They were different ratios though! Does anyone know how to tell the difference between the tachometer heads ?

I agree that the 91 should be fine for the R-69. I'd double check the timing. Still have the manual advance? I'm not a big fan of octane boosters. They will leave a residue. I keep 5 gallons of race gas (110) around. I mix a little with everything as it is more stable and detergent. You might also e...
