in 0.15mm, out 0.20mm. The manual says for both 0.05 mm less which is too tight.

Years ago I restored and later sold a r42. I still have both repro manual and part list for r42. It is easy for me to scan theses and provide them as a pdf file. If it would help it could do this for you. Just let me know.
