The old R26 is back in my garage. I returned from a 4th of July week-end ride to Denver on my RT Tuesday, and picked up the R26 and rode it home today! It was interesting to compare the two bikes. . . I got more comments at stop lights on the R26.

Well, for what it's worth, the speedo on my R26 has always (since about 1975) bounced around a bit.

Ha! I noticed that in the picture of the engine, the cylinder is backwards! Not to worry, it's just sitting there for purposes of taking the picture.

Engine is in process of being put back together, wheels, tires, new shocks assembled and back on the bike. Handlebars mounted.
