Re: Heinrich full leg shield mounting hardware

Fwiw I've got a Heinrich fairing from a /5 for sale. Probably fits a /2 also.
Also have the individual lowers.
All mounting hardware.
In very good used condition. Fairing is black with white pin stripes. Lowers black with BMW roundel stickers.
PM if interested.

Workshop Rebuild has a 30"x40" poster of the blueprint for the R75 motor. It's a quality item and something similar might be of interest to VBMWO members.

Re: Carburetor cleaning

Berryman's Carb Cleaner in its own dip basket. All parts go into the basket after complete disassembly and removal of old gaskets and o-rings. Rinse with aerosol carb cleaner and air dry.

R100RS mug?

I'd like to see an R100RS coffee mug. Twin shock preferred. The '77 would be a good candidate.

Re: New Member... and a question...

While refurbishing or replacing your front master cylinder it wouldn't be surprising to find your calipers could use rebuilding too. Not too difficult a job and parts aren't too expensive. But be careful if you blow the pistons out with compressed air - the warnings about them coming out like a shot...
