New Key Switch. position the 'donut ' as it's intended to be. rat tail file the allen head threaded area down. mark the donut where 1 tab will bend over when installed. carefully hand file 2 plains so the tabs LOCKS the donut in situ. thread allen head to threads on lock. counter sing or use a ball ...

SS Keihan headers from a /6 - /7 Cut the ends off. Welded a new extension of 7.5 to 9.5" [ depending L or R] pipe. now the new Conti's will end up back by the rim edge. this old tank I've had was for a /2 frame. Notice the hole in the toolbox area for a mount it's also meant to fit later frames. Mine was never welded w/ the newer front frame tube. it came off an R50/2.

Hey Charlie, are you still fabricating these for sale? have you thought about using a flat 1/4" plate, welding onto it a alloy tube , angled ?? in / out / up . of course having a CnC is nice but a non CnC 2 part intake may be an alternative for some who can dig and fabricate w/o a CnC . the other th...
