A "like" or other recognition button would be cool. There are so many discussion here I have nothing of value to add, but would like folks to know I appreciate the conversations.

Original would be an Everbest. I have a modern reproduction and it works well, no leaks, and it's simple to clean the internal filter. I don't know. I rinsed out the Evaporust with a few good sloshes of gas, and have just keep the bare metal tank filled with non-ethanol. That's been functionally good enough, no rust has returned. If nothing else, Evaporust is a simple and clean first step.

I second the Evaporust suggestion as a first step. I did a very crusty old Honda tank - three days sitting filled with straight Evaporust, shaken gently a few times a day. Evaporust won't harm paint or your skin, and is safe to pour on the ground or in your sink.

This is great! Does this club typically have a gathering at the event? I live about an hour from the rally site and am really looking forward to it.
