For those who have trouble getting the aftermarket batteries into the original box : I designed and 3d printed a larger box with a similar design but larger that can fit new batteries. I fitted 6V 14Ah battery with no problem. 12V 7Ah battery can be fitted inside too. The inner dimensions are : (mm)...

51/3 Rear Plunger Issues With Lower Cup

For the second time, after a bumpy ride the lower cup got caught and crushed into the casted sleeve coming out of the backaxe. Should there be a spring inside the cup? Or just the bump stop rubber, a washer and a wavy washer? I should mention that the tube i have isn't origianl, its 24mm in diameter...

Ok turned out I didn’t set the magneto rotor as should .
I get a spark now!

Adjusted the gap to 0.4 mm

Points opening and closing? Is there a spark safety gap on the coil like there is on a /2? There's supposed to be a 10-11mm gap there. If the gap is too close, the spark will take the path of least resistance and jump across the safety gap and not at the plugs. Yes they open and close, but I will m...
