16th International Classic Military Motorcycles Meeting

In 2012, we will organise our meeting again at 8, 9 and 10 June and in Harskamp again. Our meeting takes place at an enclosed private ground at No. 18 Radioweg in Harskamp, the Netherlands. Harskamp is situated in the centre of the Netherlands, between Amersfoort, Apeldoorn and Arnhem and is surrounded by sanded areas and forests.

Vintage Motorcycle Classic at Road America

Hundreds of vintage bikes participate in road racing, motocross, cross-country and trials, club corrals, moving bike show and swap meet. The road racing is a sponsored event by the American Historical Racing Motorcycle Association. The AHRMA is dedicated to restoring and competing on classic motorcycles.

12th Annual Surf City Tech Day

Santa Cruz, CA

The tech day starts at 10am and continues until the last bike leaves. As with any BMW Tech Day, we will have plenty of room to work and kibitz, lots of hands to help, two lifts to work on, hand tools, some air tools and some specialized tools (Twinmax carb balancer, some /2 engine tools, an exhaust nut wrench, etc.)

April Fool's Campout

This just in from Mr. Dan Greenlee, aka Dan Gerous...this year's campout will be at Fischer House in Fischer TX, March 30, 31/ April 1. They have an area off to ourselves that should be good for the gathering. Camping fees are reasonable. They also have rooms and cabins for the lightweights.

BMW Vintage Motorcycle Show and Campout

Situated on the south bank of the Willamette River in the Willamette Valley (north of Salem, Oregon). Beautiful, historic park with extensive bicycle and walking trails. Ice Chest available.

17th Annual Vintage Motorcycle Ride and Show

Gilmore Car Museum, Hickory Corners, Michigan

Ride is open to all bikes built before 1987. Register 9 am -10 am at the Museum then travel approximately 70 paved miles through scenic Barry County. Lunch stop at half way point (purchase on your own). Show your bike on Sunday at the Gilmore Car Museum’s 17th Annual Vintage Motorcycle Show and receive an additional 5 points toward your score.

27th Annual Huntington Beach Concours d'Elegance

21st Annual Ride To Work Day


The 21st annual Ride to Work Day will be held on June 18, 2012. Ride to Work Day helps demonstrate how these vehicles make parking easier and help traffic flow better. Motorcycle and scooter riders seek improved employer recognition and support for this form of transportation, and more public and government awareness of the positive value of riding.
