sorry for my way to hasty reply above, it's late night here! I read R69, not R68. So, sad to say that I do NOT have the R68 fender.

A 1953 model...I have been keeping a registry and it would appear that your bike was likely built in March 1953. I show a bike with number 6509xx that was built on 3/31/1953.

The Mobile Tradition-Classic

The Mobile Tradition-Classic Tradition-Huggett-Rabenbauer reproduction front fender is VERY nice, maybe even indistinguishable from OEM. It's expensive, but by the time you pay to ship a used fender from USA to Turkey? Remember that the fender stays are unique to the R68, and are also available from that aforementioned source. A very valuable R68 really does deserve a nice fender?
