My wife and I have just moved to Kerrville TX. I am looking for contacts in this neck of the woods. I have a 2006 K1200LT, a 1951 R51/3 and a 1968 R60 US that is in a whole lot of containers. I'm looking for any BMW clubs, modern or vintage and folks to ride with. It is kind of lonesome not knowing any motorcycle friends down here.

You are in motorcycle heaven!
I have to drive a few hours to get to your part of the world (I live south of Houston).
Hwy 16 Kerrville to Bandera is my favorite piece of road in the state, heed the speed limit signs!! (the first time through anyway). Google maps say's it's 37.2 miles.
Go see my buddy Alan at http://lonestarmotorcyclemuseum.com/index.html and have one of Debbie's meat pies, they are great!
Locals should be along shortly, there are a few here.

1973 BMW R75/5 (LWB) "Griselda" (stock looking but with logical/practical improvements), 1971 Norton Commando "Commando Bizarro" (a truly strange custom project), 1952 Triumph TRW "Pokey" (being dressed as an RAF Dispatch bike), 1936 BMW R2 "Ediltrudis" (stock, currently out getting a pro restoration). www.vinceandersononline.com
