Gents,

I've had this fender for years and and haven’t had any luck identifying what model its for. I'm guessing a prewar single but would appreciate any assistance. The paint appears original and its really nice for its age. Even the wire clips are still in place.

help identifying a fender

Because it has a hinge, wire clips on the underside and the linear arrangement of the mounting holes for the rear light, my guess is postwar. It does not have the traditional mounting hole arrangement for JN3, JN5 or JN7 prewar lights.

The rack doesn't match any I have seen, however. An R24 maybe?
