The guy in our workshop came to me with this part, asking if it belonged to me and my motorcycle stuff, he found it in the bottom of the cleaning tank.
I can't remember that part, I can't find it in the drawings, nor in the pictures I took while taking the engine to parts.
However, it fits the camshaft diameter... Hypnotized
Of course it may not belong to a motorcycle, but to a local part here that has fallen.
what do you think? Anyone recognize?

Dear Michael is for the camshaft..
the early timing gears especially the one for the camshaft
where flat on the side towards the bearing of camshaft..
so after the bearing before you put the camshaft gear you were
putting this ring with the nose towards to the bearing
