Anyone know who makes/made the attached pillion pad? I recall them being sold on eBay about 10 years ago.

That seat appears to mount to luggage rack, not directly to the fender. It may be custom made.

It is not custom made. It was sold by a vendor on eBay about 5-10 years ago. They would sell them reguarly, but at the time I didn't need one.

It works and looks very good. I cant find any contact details for who I purchased it from (EBAY) as it was 5 years ago.

You could probably get one made for a reasonable cost. It just has a base of plywood with some bolts that extend through the gaps in the luggage rack.
