Hi Everyone
One of the two tiny speedo face screws has come out and I would like to locktite it in. It looks like I have to take the whole speedo apart. Is this correct or am I missing a simple solution here?
Thanks in advance.

Speedo repair

Monkeybikegirl,
The speedo on the R90S is easy to access for a simple job like reinstalling the face screw.
Servicing the internals is a complicated process best left to the pros.
This link http://www.pbase.com/dwerbil/1978_r1007_odometer_repair should help show you the basic disassembly procedures.
Use quality proper sized screwdrivers and it should go smoothly.

speedo

Brett ....
Thanks for that link. My speedo is off 10-15 mph. When my wife rides with me she screams/hits me because she thinks we are going too fast. Most of the time i am but the speedo being off does not help. Smile

I may go in and try to tune it. Thanks.
